This wonderfully sweet and pleasantly tart balsamic is a perfect combination of ripened blackberries and exotic ginger. The Asian dimension makes this vinegar perfect for stir frying and reduction sauces.  Delightful as a glaze on barbequed chicken or pork tenderloin. 

Pairs well with Lemon EVOO or plain EVOO.
