Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • Brussel sprouts (halved or quartered)

  • 2 lemon

  • 2 tablespoon of The Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO

  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic

  • salt to taste


  1. Mix fresh lemon juice and spices in a gallon ziplock bag, add in cut Brussel sprouts, seal bag and toss. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 400◦ F.

  3. Place marinated Brussel sprouts on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
