Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Brussel sprouts (halved or quartered)
2 tablespoon of The Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of garlic
salt to taste
Mix fresh lemon juice and spices in a gallon ziplock bag, add in cut Brussel sprouts, seal bag and toss. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 400◦ F.
Place marinated Brussel sprouts on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
