Lemon Parsley Fish
White fish (We used tile fish.)
2 tablespoons of Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of fresh garlic
Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste.
Coat fish with Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO.
Mix spices in a small dish and sprinkle all over fish.
Cook fish however you desire (bake, skillet, grill, etc).
Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and parsley.
