Lemon Parsley Fish


  • White fish (We used tile fish.)

  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO

  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Coat fish with Olive Pit Lemon Garlic EVOO.

  2. Mix spices in a small dish and sprinkle all over fish.

  3. Cook fish however you desire (bake, skillet, grill, etc).

  4. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and parsley.
