Blood Orange Grilled Scallops or Shrimp


  • 1 lb. scallops or shrimp

  • 1 Tbsp. minced scallions

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • ¼ cup Olive Pit Blood Orange Olive Oil

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ tablespoon Chili Paste (optional)

  • Olive Pit Blood Orange Organic Balsamic Glaze


  1. Combine scallions, garlic, Olive Pit Blood Orange Olive Oil & black pepper in a bowl. For an extra kick add the chili paste.

  2. Marinate scallops or shrimp for 30 minutes.

  3. Thread scallops or shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade.

  4. Serve over pasta or basmati rice.

  5. Drizzle Olive Pit Organic Blood Orange Balsamic Glaze over entire dish.
