Blood Orange Grilled Scallops or Shrimp
1 lb. scallops or shrimp
1 Tbsp. minced scallions
1 clove garlic minced
¼ cup Olive Pit Blood Orange Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ tablespoon Chili Paste (optional)
Olive Pit Blood Orange Organic Balsamic Glaze
Combine scallions, garlic, Olive Pit Blood Orange Olive Oil & black pepper in a bowl. For an extra kick add the chili paste.
Marinate scallops or shrimp for 30 minutes.
Thread scallops or shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade.
Serve over pasta or basmati rice.
Drizzle Olive Pit Organic Blood Orange Balsamic Glaze over entire dish.
